To secure your appointment, 75% of the session fee may be requested up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled session time. This payment serves as confirmation of your booking.
In the event that you need to cancel, 100% of the payment will be fully refunded, with no penalties or fees.
The rest of the payment can be collected upon meeting.
If for any reason you need to cancel your session, please provide notice at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. No cancellation fees will be charged.
However, after two late cancellations, I may choose not to accept future bookings from that client.
If I must cancel a session due to illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond my control, I will handle the situation with complete fairness, offering a rescheduled date and appropriate compensation for your lost time.
the session will begin at the scheduled time, arriving late may result in shorter sessions due to lighting and location limits.
